This presentation is dedicated to cutting-edge developments in digital control system and tire model development, revolutionizing automotive engineering practices. At AMG, the journey towards zero prototypes begins with leveraging a VI-CarRealTime model, transitioning from a hardware-focused approach to a dynamic software-based system and enabling robust handling and implementation of active systems for offline and online use. Through dynamic model configuration, AMG engineers optimize overall vehicle models for enhanced control system implementation and testing, bridging the gap between hardware and software simulations. Additionally, AMG introduces the FMK-Tool, empowering engineers to generate and execute specific driving maneuvers to rigorously test control systems within comprehensive vehicle models. Furthermore, advancements in a digital tire model developed by AMG are showcased, with improved scaling for low-mu simulations, enhanced ABS and TC response through advanced transient dynamics. These innovations drive efficiency and accuracy in automotive development, accelerating the realization of zero prototypes and fostering continuous improvement in vehicle performance and safety.
